摘要
目的分析腭裂语音主观评估各要素之间的相关性,观察语音训练对要素间关系变化的影响。方法对本院语音治疗室接受语音训练的180例腭裂术后患者,在语训前及语训后均进行主观评估,评估要素为高鼻音、鼻漏气、辅音正确率、语言理解度,应用SPSS 19. 0统计软件对四个要素的评估结果采用偏相关分析,观察语训前、语训后各要素之间的相关性变化。结果语训前、语训后高鼻音和鼻漏气两个因素均呈显著的正相关。语训前高鼻音与辅音正确率相关不显著,语训后高鼻音与辅音正确率呈现显著的负相关(r=-0. 743,P <0. 01)。语训前鼻漏气与辅音正确率相关不显著,语训后呈显著的负相关(r=-0. 707,P <0. 01)。辅音正确率与语言理解度呈显著的正相关。结论高鼻音和鼻漏气是腭咽闭合不全最具特征性的主观症状,辅音正确率随构音方法而改变,语言理解度与辅音正确率密切相关。语音训练主要目的是改善构音、提高辅音正确率、促进语言理解。
Ojbective To analyze the correlations among several subjective speech assessment elements of cleft palate patients and observe the impact of speech training on the correlation of these elements.Methods A total of 180 postoperative patients with cleft palate of speech therapy room of Southern Medical University received subjective assessment before and after speech training.The subjective speech assessment elements included high nasal,rhinorrhea,articulation(accuracy of consonants)and language comprehension.SPSS19.0 statistical software was applied to analyze the correlations between the elements before and after the training.Results There was a significant positive correlation between high nasal and rhinorrhea both before and after speech training.There was no significant correlation between high nasal and consonant accuracy before speech training.However,high nasal and consonant sounds showed a significant negative correlation(r=-0.743,P<0.01)after training.There was no significant correlation between rhinorrhea and consonant accuracy before training,but they were negatively correlated(r=-0.707,P<0.01)after training.There was a significant positive correlation between consonant accuracy and language comprehension.Conclusion High nasal and rhinorrhea are the most characteristic symptoms of velopharyngeal insufficiency(VPI).Consonant accuracy changes with the way of articulation.Language comprehension is closely related to articulation.Promoting the accuracy of consonants and language comprehension is the main purpose of speech training.
