氯吡格雷联合大剂量阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者神经功能及生活能力的影响

Effects of Clopidogrel Combined with High Dose Atorvastatin on Neurological Function and Life Ability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合大剂量阿托伐他汀药物治疗脑梗死的效果。方法选择2015年12月—2017年12月间收治的脑梗死患者106例,按照用药方法的不同划分为研究组与常规组各53例,研究组使用氯吡格雷联合大剂量阿托伐他汀药物治疗,常规组实施常规剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,评估患者活动表现、生活质量及神经功能恢复情况。结果出院后研究组患者NIHSS评分优于常规组(t=26. 880,P=0. 000);出院半年后,研究组患者日常活动能力评分优于常规组(t=13. 503,P=0. 000)。出院时研究组患者对生活质量各指标评分均优于常规组(t=34. 760,P=0. 000; t=58. 450,P=0. 000; t=36. 089,P=0. 000; t=46. 533,P=0. 000)。结论对脑梗死患者提供氯吡格雷联合大剂量阿托伐他汀药物治疗,用药后可促进神经功能恢复,辅助早期康复锻炼可部分恢复患者活动能力,提高生活质量。

Ojbective To study the effect of clopidogrel combined with high dose atorvastatin on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods There were totally 106 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from Dec,2015 to Dec 2017.According to different methods of treatment received,they were divided into the study group and the control group,53 cases in each.For patients in study group,clopidogrel combined with high dose atorvastatin therapy were prescribed;patients in control group received the routine dosage of atorvastatin treatment.Then we evaluated patients'mobility,quality of life and recovery level of neurological function.Results After discharge,the scores of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group(t=26.880,P=0.000).At discharge,the scores on daily activities in the two groups were not statistically significant(t=0.038,P=0.970);Six months after discharge,the daily activity ability score of the study group was better than that of the control group(t=26.880,P=0.000).The patients in the study group were better than the control group in the quality of life indicators(t=34.760,P=0.000;t=58.450,P=0.000;t=36.089,P=0.000;t=46.533,P=0.000).Conclusion Applying clopidogrel combined with high dose atorvastatin therapy on patients with cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function,and early rehabilitation exercise assistance activities in patients with partial recovery can improve the quality of life of patients.
