磁共振磁敏感加权成像诊断不同类别早期前列腺癌的价值

Clinical Values of Magnetic Susceptibility Weighted Imaging in the Diagnosis of Different Types of Early Prostate Cancer

目的研究磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对不同类别早期前列腺癌诊断的临床价值。方法纳入2017年6月—2018年6月期间收治的30例前列腺癌患者作为研究组,所有患者均进行前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)检测,根据PSA值范围分为不同组别,其中0-4 ng/m L为A组(9例)、4～10 ng/m L为B组(13例),> 10 ng/m L分为C组(8例)。另选取同期收治的30例前列腺增生患者作为对照组。所有患者均进行磁共振磁敏感加权成像检查,观察所得图像,分析磁共振磁敏感加权成像对不同类别早期前列腺癌诊断的临床价值。结果四组患者Ve水平无差异,P> 0. 05; C组Sus E评分、Ktrans以及Kep水平均高于B组,B组高于A组,A组高于对照组,均P <0. 05。早期前列腺癌患者Sus E评分与Ktrans、Kep水平呈正相关,P <0. 05;与Ve水平无相关性,P> 0. 05。结论磁共振磁敏感加权成像对前列腺癌诊断效果较好,能有效鉴别诊断早期不同类别前列腺癌,对临床诊断前列腺癌及评估治疗效果具有重要意义。

Ojbective To study the advantages and clinical value of magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of different types of early prostate cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with prostate cancer were enrolled in the study group from June 2017 to June 2018.All patients were tested for prostate specific antigen(PSA).According to the range of PSA,they were divided into different groups:group A(n=9)for 0-4ng/mL,group B(n=13)for 4-10 ng/mL and group C(n=8)for>10 ng/mL.Another 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging(MSWI),and the images were observed and examined.The clinical value of MSWI in the diagnosis of different types of early prostate cancer was analyzed.Results There was no difference in Ve level between the four groups(P>0.05);SusE score,Ktrans and Kep levels in group C were higher than those in group B.The results of group B were higher than those of group A and the results in group A were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).SusE score was positively correlated with Ktrans and Kep levels in the patients with early prostate cancer(P<0.05),but there was no correlation with Ve level(P>0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging has a good diagnostic effect on prostate cancer,for it can effectively differentiate and diagnose different types of early prostate cancer.Therefore it is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of treatment effect of prostate cancer.
