功能性消化不良患者血清白介素-6浓度与焦虑抑郁评分的相关性研究

Correlation between Serum Interleukin-6 Level and Anxiety Depression Scores in Functional Dyspepsia Patients

目的探讨功能性消化不良患者发生焦虑和抑郁的病因,进而分析功能性消化不良患者血清白介素-6浓度与焦虑抑郁评分的相关性。方法选择2017年1月—2017年12月期间收治的60例功能性消化不良患者作为研究组,选取同期进行健康体检者60例作为对照组,检测两组血清白介素-6水平,分析功能性消化不良患者发生血清白介素-6水平变化的原因;同时对两组进行焦虑和抑郁评分,分析功能性消化不良患者发生焦虑和抑郁情绪的机制;比较不同程度抑郁和焦虑功能消化性不良患者的血清白介素-6水平,分析两者的相关性。结果功能性消化不良患者血清IL-6水平与SAS和SDS评分均呈正相关(r=0. 69,P <0. 05; r=0. 71,P <0. 05)。结论功能性消化不良患者的血清白介素-6水平与焦虑和抑郁评分具有相关性,可作为临床诊疗过程中的有效参照指标。

Ojbective To investigate the etiology of anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia,and analyze the correlation between serum interleukin-6 concentration and anxiety depression scores in functional dyspepsia patients.Method 60 patients with functional dyspepsia were admitted and selected as the study group from January 2017 to December 2017 and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum interleukin-6 levels were detected in both groups and the causes of serum interleukin-6 level changes in functional dyspepsia were analyzed.In addition,anxiety and depression scores were assessed in both groups to analyze the mechanism of anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia.Finally,serum interleukin-6 levels in the patients with different degrees of depression and anxiety functional dyspepsia were compared and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results Serum il-6 level was positively correlated with SAS and SDS scores in the patients with functional dyspepsia(r=0.69,P<0.05.r=0.71,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum interleukin-6 levels in functional dyspepsia patients are associated with anxiety and depression scores.It can be used as an effective reference index in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
