细支沟槽滤棒的设计开发及对卷烟烟气的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以细支沟槽滤棒为研究对象,自主设计细支沟槽压纹试验装置,在研究纤维素纸使用规格的基础上,采用细支沟槽滤棒成型机试制了10种滤棒。用吸烟机分析了沟槽位置和排布对细支卷烟烟气的影响。对沟槽压纹装置进行理论分析,结合常规沟槽滤棒压纹装置,确定细支沟槽压纹装置3个关键参数。当压纹装置齿距为0. 9 mm、齿高为0. 55 mm、齿角度为45°时,采用15. 00mm×80 g/m^2规格的纤维素纸制备的细支沟槽滤棒能够满足工艺要求。烟气分析结果表明,沟槽长度对主流烟气总粒相物、焦油量、烟碱有明显影响,沟槽长度和沟槽位置对CO无明显影响。滤嘴中沟槽段总长相同时,双沟槽结构比单段沟槽结构焦油过滤效果好。研究结果为细支卷烟的设计开发提供了数据支撑和应用参考。 Taking slim grooved acetate filter(SGAF)as the research object,ten kinds of Slim Acetate Filter are tested with independently designed fine groove embossing test device based on the research of cellulose paper specification.The effect of length and position of grooved section in SGAF are also examined using smoking machine.Based on the theoretical analysis of groove device and the conventional Grooved Acetate Filter device,three key parameters of SGAF groove device are determined.When the tooth spacing of the crimping device is 0.9 mm,the tooth height is 0.55 mm and the tooth angle is 45°,the cigarette filter made of cellulose paper of 15.00 mm×80 g/m^2 meets the technological requirements.The length of grooved section obviously affects the total particulate matter(TPM),tar,nicotine.CO delivery is not obviously affected by the length or the position of grooved section.When the total length of grooved section in the cigarette filter is the same,the double grooved structure has better tar filtration effect than the single grooved structure.The research results provide data support and application reference for slim cigarette designs and development.
