拉梅滋呼吸法应用于自然分娩产妇镇痛中的效果分析

Analgesic effect of Lamezi′s breathing method in natural parturient women

目的探讨拉梅滋呼吸法在自然分娩产妇镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月南京医科大学附属无锡第二医院收治的采用常规护理的自然分娩产妇83例作为对照组,另选取2017年2月-2018年2月该院收治的采用拉梅滋呼吸法的自然分娩产妇83例作为观察组。对比2组镇痛效果、产程、出血量及分娩方式。结果观察组与对照组镇痛效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第三产程时间与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出血量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阴道助产率低于对照组,顺产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉梅滋呼吸法应用于自然分娩产妇镇痛可有效减轻其疼痛程度,缩短产程时间,减少产中出血量,且提高顺产率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the analgesia effects of Lamezi′s breathing method in natural parturient women.MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2017,83 cases of natural delivery women who received routine nursing in our hospital were selected as the control group.The patients who took the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were treated with the Lamezi breathing method.83 cases of natural delivery were used as observation group.The analgesic effect,labor,blood loss and mode of delivery were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe analgesic effect of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the third stage of labor.There was no significant difference between the time and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The vaginal assist rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the yield was higher than that of the control group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLamezi breathing method can effectively reduce the pain degree,shorten the labor time,reduce the amount of intrapartum hemorrhage,and improve the yield.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
