摘要
为了解西安市周边河流沿岸种植小麦中重金属污染的状况,对西安市境内灞河、沣河和渭河沿岸种植的小麦调研抽检,用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法对样品进行检测,用方差分析进行评价。结果显示:三条河流沿岸小麦中As、Pb、Mn、Ni元素的含量有明显不同,Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd、Se元素的含量相同,且As、Pb、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni含量较高。建议加强对本地区河流沿岸种植小麦中重金属元素的监测,进一步查找引起其异常的原因,尽快建立相应完整的粮食金属元素评价标准。
[Objective]To understand the pollution of heavy metals in wheat along the coast of Xi an.[Method]The samples of wheat were collected from Ba,Feng and Wei River in Xi an city and were detected by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass spectrometry.[Result]There were no significant differences in the contents of Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd and Se in the wheat along the river in the three rivers,the contents of As,Pb,Mn and Ni in wheat had significant differences in different rivers.The contents of As,Pb,Cu,Zn,Mn and Ni in the wheat of three rivers were higher.[Conclusion]It is suggested to monitor the heavy metal elements in the wheat along the local river,and find out the cause of the abnormality.As soon as possible to establish a complete assessment of food metal elements.
