摘要
采煤机的镐形截齿和刀型截齿是采煤机截割过程中的重要组成部分,是研究截割煤岩体的过程中的重要依据。为了比较两种刀具的截割性能,使用颗粒流软件PFC^(3D)对镐形截齿和刀型截齿截割煤岩体的过程进行了数值模拟仿真分析。实际分析结果表明,软件PFC^(3D)能够更为直观地观察煤岩体破碎过程中的微观过程,有利于研究煤岩体破碎的微观过程。本次数值模拟仿真对比了两种刀具的优劣,对后续的采煤机安装截齿有一定的指导意义。
Conical picks and knife-type picks of coal cutter were important part during coal cutting and important basis for studying coal and rock cutting process. In order to contrast the cutting performance of two types of pick, numerical simulation analysis of conical pick and knife-type pick in process of coal and rock cutting was conducted by using particle flow software, PFC^3D . The practical analysis results showed that the software could more intuitively observe micro process of coal and rock cutting, that was help to study the micro process of coal and rock breaking. The numerical analog simulation showed the merit and demerit of two types of pick had a certain guiding significance for pick selection and install of coal cutter.
