煤泥脱水助滤剂的组合与优化 被引量:9

摘要 针对麻家梁选煤厂压滤煤泥水分偏高的实际问题,研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)及表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对煤泥脱水的助滤作用。研究结果表明,3种药剂单独使用时,对麻家梁选煤厂-0.5 mm煤泥均有较好的助滤作用。其中,以SDBS的助滤性能最佳,当其用量为500 g/t时,可使滤饼水分由18.10%降至13.08%。二元药剂组合中,PAM与SDBS联合使用的助滤效果明显优于PAM与PAC组合。用量为20 g/t的PAM与500 g/t的SDBS联合使用时,相比PAM单独作用滤饼水分降低1.87%,总降水率达到5.97%。同时发现,PAC的存在不影响PAM与SDBS二元药剂的助滤作用。 Aiming at the practical problem of high moisture content of filter pressing coal slime in Majialiang Coal Preparation Plant, the authors investigated filtration-aiding properties of polyacrylamide (PAM), polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDBS). The research results showed that when separately used the three filtration-aiding, the effects of -0.5mm in Majialiang Coal Preparation Plant were good, the most effective filter aid was SDBS and the cake moisture reduced from 18.01% to 13.08% at the dosage of 500g/t, the filtering effect of PAM combined with SDBS was better than that of PAM and PAC combination, when used combined 20g/t PAM and 500g/t SDS combination, the effects were better than only used PAM, the cake moisture reduced 1.87% and the total moisture reduced to 5.97%, in the meantime the existence of PAC had no influence on the filtering effect of combination of PAM and SDS.
