摘要
根据煤矿综掘工作面生产过程中粉尘污染严重的实际情况,利用数值模拟方法对抽出式通风综掘工作面进行了数值模型。通过对抽出式通风综掘工作面掘进机截割生产时产尘的模拟分析,得出了抽出式通风综掘工作面粉尘沿巷道通风风流的分布规律以及粉尘分布规律受风筒入风口位置、抽风量大小影响的变化规律。
According to the actual situation of serious dust pollution in the production process of fully mechanized excavation face in coal mine, the numerical model of fully mechanized excavation face with extractive ventilation was established by using numerical simulation method, and through the simulation analysis of dust production during cutting of excavator in the face, the distribution rule of air flow along the roadway in fully mechanized excavation face with extractive ventilation and the change law of dust distribution affected by the position of air inlet and the volume of air extraction were obtained.
