摘要
炎症是宿主抵御病原体入侵、感染和损伤的关键,但过度的炎症反应也对机体造成损伤。过度的炎症反应是神经退行性疾病等多种疾病发生发展的重要原因,而免疫系统则形成多种监控机制抵抗炎症反应。IL-10作为一种抗炎细胞因子,能从多个环节影响机体免疫反应。本文从中枢神经系统中IL-10生成的分子机制及其对免疫反应的调节机制等方面展开讨论,阐述IL-10在神经退行性疾病中的作用。
Inflammation is key to the host′s defense against pathogen invasion,infection and injury.But excessive inflammation also damages the body.Excessive inflammation is an important cause of the development of many diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases.The immune system forms a variety of monitoring mechanisms to fight inflammatory reactions.Interleukin-10,an anti-inflammatory cytokine,can affect immune response from multiple aspects.This article discusses the molecular mechanisms of IL-10 production in the central nervous system and its regulatory mechanisms for immune responses,and discusses the role of IL-10 in neurodegenerative diseases.
