CC16是支气管黏膜上皮Clara细胞分泌的一种组织特异性蛋白,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤等多种生物学作用,与多种肺部疾病密切相关。CC16与慢阻肺的发生发展过程密切相关,且可为研制新型肺保护药物提供新的线索。

CC16 is a tissue-specific protein secreted by Clara cells in bronchial mucosal epithelium.It plays an important protective role in the respiratory tract against inflammatory response,oxidative stress,fibrosis,inhibition of tumorigenesis and other biological effects,and is closely related to a variety of lung diseases.CC16 is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and can provide a new clue for the development of new lung protective drugs.
