在深入总结我国改革开放伟大实践、领导推进新时代改革开放伟大征程中,习近平总书记多次鲜明地提出"伟大改革开放精神"。伟大改革开放精神,是我国改革开放伟大实践的精神结晶,是党的坚强领导与人民群众首创精神的有机融合,是中华民族精神的时代升华,是将新时代改革开放进行到底的强大动力,是推进社会变革、促进人的全面发展的巨大精神力量。伟大改革开放精神,贯穿于改革开放各个历史时期,渗透于改革开放和经济社会发展一切方面,潜移默化为人们新的价值取向和行为方式,从本质上说是一种革命的精神、斗争的精神。在中国特色社会主义新时代,尤其在当前改革攻坚阶段和发展关键时期,进一步弘扬和践行伟大改革开放精神,对于更深层次地坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信,进一步推进重要领域和关键环节的改革开放,创造中华民族的更大奇迹,具有特殊的价值和意义。

In deeply summing up the great practice of reform and opening-up in our country and leading the great journey of reform and opening-up of the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the“great spirit of reform and opening-up”several times.The great spirit of reform and opening-up is the spiritual crystallization of the great practice of reform and opening-up of our country,the organic integration of the Party’s firm leadership and the pioneering spirit of the mass people,the contemporary sublimation of the spirit of the Chinese nation,the powerful drive for carrying through the reform and opening-up of the new era to the end,and the powerful spiritual strength advancing social change and promoting human development.The great spirit of reform and opening-up runs through all the historical periods of reform and opening-up,penetrates into every aspects of reform and opening-up and socioeconomic development,and is unconsciously transformed into the new value and behavioral pattern of the people.It is essentially a spirit of revolution and spirit of struggle.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,especially in the crucial stage of reform and development,to further carry forward and practise the great spirit of reform and opening-up has a special value and significance for firmly holding the confidence in our path,our theory,our system and our culture,further promoting the reform and opening-up of important fields and key points,and creating a greater miracle of the Chinese nation.
