摘要
领导干部怎样识人用人,是关系党和人民事业的关键性、根本性问题。领导干部识人用人,既要遵循人才成长一般规律,又要掌握识人用人的方法。具体来说,要善用以下方法:要站在一定的高度看事物、识干部;要经常性、近距离、有原则地接触干部;要有慧眼识才的本领;以事择人,人岗相适;得人之前必先得其心;知人是前提,信任是关键,育人是根本;知识育志,困难励志,能力成志;不担当,其实就是不忠诚;抓要害、办实事、管住人;海纳百川成其大。
How the leading cadres identify and employ people is a critical and fundamental question related to the undertaking of the Party and the people.To identify and employ people well,the leading cadres need to follow the general laws of talent growth,and also master the people identifying and employing methods.Concretely,the following methods need to be made good use of:looking into things and identifying cadres from a certain height;contacting cadres regularly,closely and in accordance with principles;mastering the skills for identifying real talents;choosing people according to jobs and making people fit for posts;first wining one’s heart before making him work hard;knowing people is the precondition,trust is the key and cultivating people is the root;knowledge cultivates wills,difficulty stimulates wills,and abilities accomplish wills;not assuming responsibility equals to disloyalty;grasping the key,doing things concrete and managing people well;a sea is great because it accepts all rivers;only those who can endure are real talents.
