以机组停运预防为目标的主给水系统可靠性分析及优化

摘要 依托CAP1400核电站,针对主给水系统可靠性问题,构建主给水系统包含共因失效的故障树模型。对系统进行可靠性分析并逐步找出了造成系统失效并引起机组出力损失的主因。在分析基础上,探讨了设计优化的可行方案并对可靠性结果进行了分析对比。为后续对主给水系统的优化设计,故障诊断,维护系统的安全运行,提高整个核电站的经济效益提供指导。 In order to analyze the availability of the main feedwater system of CAP1400 nuclear power plant,the fault tree model of the main feedwater system including the common cause failure is built.By analyzing the common cause failure and the importance degree of the system,the main cause of the failure of the main components is found out.The analysis provides guidance for the optimized design of the main water supply system,the fault diagnosis,the safe operation of the maintenance system and the economic benefit of the whole nuclear power plant.
