消肿片中枫香脂的鉴别与松香酸的检查

Identification of Liquidambaris Resina and Inspection of Abietic Acid in Xiaozhong Tablets

目的建立消肿片中枫香脂定性鉴别的薄层色谱(TLC)法及测定松香酸含量的高效液相-二极管阵列(HPLC-DAD)法。方法采用TLC法对枫香脂进行定性鉴别。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(18∶82),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为241 nm,并同时采集200～400 nm波长的光谱图,对消肿片中是否含有松香酸进行定性、定量分析。结果 5批消肿片(5个生产厂家)有4批TLC鉴别未检出枫香脂,而在HPLC-DAD法中检出了松香酸。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简单,可用于消肿片中枫香脂的鉴别和松香酸的定性、定量分析。

Objective To establish a TLC method for identification of liquiddambaris resina and an HPLC-DAD method for content determination of abietic acid in Xiaozhong Tablets.Methods TLC method was used for qualitative identification for Liquiddambaris resina.The abietic acid in Xiaozhong Tablets was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with chromatographic column of Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid(18 ∶ 82),the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature of 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength of 241 nm, and the spectrum at wavelength of 200-400 nm was simultaneously collected.Results Among the 5 batches of Xiaozhong Tablets(5 manufacturers),liquiddambaris resina were not identified in 4 batches,and abietic acid was detected by HPLC-DAD in the same 4 batches of Xiaozhong Tablets.Conclusion The methods are accurate,reliable and simple,which can be used for the identification of liquiddambaris resina and qualitative and quantitative analysis of abietic acid in Xiaozhong Tablets.
