摘要
目的建立测定巴那都克布祖热颗粒剂中京尼平苷酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用GEMINI C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为254 nm,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃,流动相为甲醇(A)-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱。结果制剂中京尼平苷酸进样量在0.206~2.581μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r^2=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.75%,RSD为0.85%(n=6)。结论该方法方便简捷、快速准确,可用于维药巴那都克布祖热颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of geniposidic acid in Banadukebuzure Granules.Methods The chromatographic column was GEMINI C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the mobile phase was methol(A)-0.5% aceticacid aqueous solution(B) with gradient elution.Results The geniposidic acid in Banadukebuzure Granules showed good liner relationship in the range of 0.206-2.581 μg(r^2= 0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 99.75%, RSD was 0.85%(n = 6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Banadukebuzure Granules.
