血栓通电离子导入法与传统静脉滴注法治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化疗效比较

Clinical Effect Between Iontophoresis of Xueshuantong and Traditional Intravenous Drip of Xueshuantong in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Atherosclerotic Disease:a Comparative Study

目的比较血栓通电离子导入法与传统静脉滴注法治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病(LEAD)的疗效。方法将医院2014年5月至2015年5月收治的LEAD患者60例随机分为A组和B组,各30例。在常规治疗基础上,A组采用中医定向透药治疗,予局部血栓通注射液100 mg离子导入,每日1次; B组给予血栓通注射液300 mg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,每日1次;两组均以2周为1个疗程。结果 A组总有效率为86.67%,优于B组的63.33%(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分均明显降低(P <0.01),且A组改善程度明显优于B组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组患者凝血功能指标均明显降低,且A组活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间均显著低于B组(P <0.05)。结论血栓通电离子导入法治疗LEAD可更有效地改善症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To compare the clinical effect between iontophoresis of Xueshuantong and traditional intravenous drip of Xueshuantong in the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic disease(LEAD).Methods Totally 60 patients with LEAD admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment, the patients in group A were treated with 100 mg Xueshuantong Injection locally by iontophoresis, once a day.The patients in group B were treated with 300 mg Xueshuantong Injection added with 250 mL 10% Glucose Injection by intravenous drip,once a day.Both groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of group A was 86.67%,which was better than 63.33% of group B(P < 0.05).After treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01), and the improvement of group A was significantly better than that in group B(P < 0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and prothrombin time(PT) of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion Iontophoresis of Xueshuantong in the treatment of LEAD can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the clincical effect.
