肠道菌群在针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用研究

近年来,随着对缺血性脑卒中与肠道菌群的研究日益增多,发现缺血性脑卒中与肠道菌群之间紧密相关。在脑缺血发生的应激条件下,肠道菌群及其介导的免疫系统稳态失衡,可能加重缺血脑组织的损伤,而通过调控"肠道菌群-免疫反应",可以纠正紊乱的肠道菌群,降低免疫炎症反应,进而促进卒中损伤后的脑组织及神经功能恢复。该研究深入剖析了肠道菌群及其介导的免疫炎症反应与缺血性脑卒中的相关性,从理论基础及现代研究探讨了针灸通过调控"肠道菌群-免疫反应"促进损伤恢复的可行性。

In recent years, with more and more studies on ischemic stroke and intestinal flora, it has been found that there is a close correlation between them.Iintestinal flora and its mediated immune system imbalance may aggravate ischemic brain tissue damage under stress conditions of cerebral ischemia, regulating intestinal flora-immune response can correct the disorder of intestinal flora, reduce the immune inflammatory response, and promote the injury of brain tissue and nerve functional recovery after stroke. Therefore, this study analyzed the correlations of intestinal flora, immune inflammatory response mediated by intestinal flora, and ischemic stroke.It discussed the feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion to promote injury recovery by regulating intestinal flora-immune response from theoretical basis and modern research.
