刺络放血配合解结针法治疗偏头痛的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Collaterals Bloodletting Combined with Knot-Untying Acupuncture in the Treatment of Migraine

偏头痛为临床常见病,基本病机为"不通则痛",笔者受左常波老师"三调一治"观点的启发,运用刺络放血配合解结针法治疗偏头痛。本研究总结并分析了刺络放血和解结针法的功效、操作要点、操作部位选择,并附上医案一则,以证明刺络放血配合解结针法治疗偏头痛的有效性,以期为临床治疗偏头痛提供新思路和快捷有效治法。

Migraine is a kind of common disease in clinic, and the basic pathogenesis of the disease is stagnation leading to pain. Inspired by the view of harmonizing blood, harmonizing meridian sinew, and harmonizing qi , put forward by professor ZUO Changbo, the author applies collaterals bloodletting combined with knot-untying acupuncture in the treatment of migraine. This study summarized and analyzed the efficacy, key points of operating, and site selection. A medical case was also attached to provide quick and effective treatment for migraine.
