通痹开结调气针法基本理论探微

Acupuncture Manipulation of Tongbi Kaijie and Regulating Qi: Probing into the Basic Theory

主要从针刺手法的应用和配伍以及临床辨证观这3个方面介绍冯军教授所创立的"通痹开结调气针法"的基本理论内容。针法来源于《黄帝内经》中的解结论,强调疾病尤其是痹证以辨结开结的治疗方法为核心,以调气为根本,气调则百病自消。

The study introduced the basic theory contents of acupuncture manipulation of Tongbi Kaijie and regulating qi which was established by professor FENG Jun from the three aspects, i.e. from the application and compatibility of the manipulation, and from the clinical syndrome differentiation. This method is derived from the interpretation of Jiejie(unblock the knot) in Huangdi's Canon of Medicine , which emphasized that the treatment of Bi syndrome was based on the treatment of separation and opening of the block.
