Taking the first phase project of intelligent plant construction of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited as the research object, the whole process of the project construction is sorted out and summarized. It covers feasibility study, project bidding, demand analysis, system design, development and implementation, and summary of implementation experience in the main milestone stage of on-line debugging and operation. It aims at automation and intelligence in the process of intelligent plant construction.
