中色非矿为谦比希铜矿东南矿体引入先进无轨设备和系统,为充分发挥其性能、提高生产效率,中色非矿创新操作工培养模式以解决无法招收到合格操作工的困难。通过与山特维克合作培养理论知识与操作技能兼备的培训师,成为培训和生产管理的中坚力量。人力资源获取注重本地化、专业化和科学化,充分使用现代教学学习系统提高培训效率和质量。引入设备操作模拟器提高操作培训的安全水平,使培训标准化并降低了成本。通过技能跟踪和持续提高新方法确保操作工操作技能的可靠性和提高其操作水平。
Advanced equipment and systems have been introduced to South-east orebody of Chambishi Copper mine by NFCA. To fulfill the fleet capability and improve production efficiency, NFCA is trying to solve the difficulties of recruiting competent operators by innovational operator training model. A batch of trainers who will be the main power in training and production management has been trained together with Sandvik. NFCA is always focusing on localization in human resource acquisition which is also operated under a scientific and professional process. Modern teaching and learning system is applied in training for higher efficiency and quality. The introduction of equipment simulators brought the safety, standard and economy to a higher level. The skills of operators will be followed up and improved by continuous training.
