摘要
介绍了贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间一系统环集烟气现有活性焦脱硫系统的现状,工艺改造的原因,脱硫工艺的选择以及改造后的运行效果,通过运用有机胺脱硫,环集烟气尾排SO_2浓度大大降低,脱硫效率和脱硫作业率得到明显提高,从而适应环保工作的不断深入以及环保标准的逐步提高。
This paper introduces the present situation of the existing active coke desulfurization system in the first system of the smelting workshop of Guixi smelter, the reasons for the technological transformation, the selection of the desulfurization process and the operation effect after the modification. By the application of organic amine in desulfurization, the concentration of so2 in the tail exhaust of annulus flue gas is greatly reduced, and the desulfurization efficiency and desulfurization rate are obviously improved, so as to adapt to the deepening of the environmental protection work and the gradual improvement of the environmental protection standard.
