The top of manhole of tank body is corroded seriously, resulting in large area thinning, cracks, trachoma and other damage phenomena. Therefore, according to the characteristics of tank damage of G11K sulfuric acid tank car, on-site investigation was conducted, the causes of tank damage of G11K sulfuric acid tank car through technical analysis was explored, repair measures and specific construction technology were put forward, which were successfully applied to the problem tank car, achieving remarkable economic and social benefits.
