摘要
短碘量法连续测定铜、铁含量的方法^([1-4])。通过对反应机理的分析,得出最佳的实验条件和分析方法。利用此方法多次对铜精矿中铜、铁含量进行测定分析。采用加标回收率方法进行铜、铁含量实验验证。该方法所得铜、铁结果的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于1%,铜加标回收率在98.90%~100.82%,铁加标回收率在98.10%~103.85%。实验结果证明该方法测定铜、铁具有快速、简便、精密度好、准确度高、加标回收率好等特点。适用于同时测定铜精矿中铜、铁的含量。
This paper describes the method of continuous determination of copper and iron content by short iodine method【1-4】.Through the analysis of the reaction mechanism, we can obtain the best experimental conditions and analytical methods .We have analyzed the copper and iron content in copper concentrate by means of this method. The experiment of copper and iron content has been carried out by means of standard recovery method. The recoveries of copper were in the range98.90%~100.82%, the recoveries of iron were in the range of 98.10%~103.85%, and the relative standard deviations N=10) were below 1%. The experimental results show that using the method to determine copper and iron has the characteristics of fast, simple, good precision, high accuracy and good recovery rate. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of copper and iron content in copper concentrate.
