腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除联合动脉置泵灌注化疗治疗中晚期直肠癌患者的疗效观察

Efficiency observation of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision combined with arterial pump infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with medium and advanced rectal cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除联合动脉置泵灌注化疗治疗中晚期直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将96例中晚期直肠癌患者根据治疗方案分为对照组与研究组,每组48例。对照组患者接受腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除术,研究组患者接受腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除术联合动脉置泵灌注化疗。比较2组患者术后康复时间、疗效、生存质量及并发症。结果研究组术后康复时间显著短于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率89. 60%,显著高于对照组的70. 80%(P <0. 05)。2组患者术后生存质量评分均较治疗前提高,且研究组较对照组提高更显著(P <0. 05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率10. 40%,高于对照组的6. 30%,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除联合动脉置泵灌注化疗治疗中晚期直肠癌疗效显著,安全性高,能缩短患者术后恢复时间,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision combined with arterial pump infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with medium and advanced rectal cancer. MethodsTotally 96 patients with medium and advanced rectal cancer were divided into control group and study group according to therapeutic schemes, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic total mesorectal excision, while the patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic total mesorectal excision and arterial pump infusion chemotherapy. The postoperative recovery time, efficiency, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 89.60% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 70.80% in the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of quality of life were higher than those before treatment in both groups, and the improvement of quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was 10.40%, which was higher than 6.30% in the control group ( P >0.05). ConclusionLaparoscopic total mesorectal excision combined with arterial pump infusion chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with medium and advanced rectal cancer, which can shorten the postoperative recovery time and improve the quality of life of patients.
