摘要 目的探讨ICU患者早期胃肠内营养治疗的临床护理效果。方法将本院ICU病房进行早期胃肠内营养治疗的80例患者随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较2组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者早期胃肠内营养的启动时间短于对照组患者,血清白蛋白、血浆总蛋白指标高于对照组,临床护理总有效率高于对照组患者,并发症发生率低于对照组患者,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理能够有效缩短ICU患者早日胃肠内营养的启动时间,降低并发症的发生率,提高临床治疗效果。 Objective To observe and study the clinical nursing status and application effect of early enteral nutrition in ICU patients. Methods A total of 80 early gastrointestinal nutrition patients in ICU were randomly divided into two groups according to digital table method, with 40 patients in the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had significantly shorter start-up time of early gastrointestinal nutrition, significantly higher serum albumin and total plasma protein levels, total effective rate of clinical nursing as well as total satisfaction rate, lower incidence of complications than the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively shorten the start-up time of early enteral nutrition in ICU patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
