摘要
产业组织变革的初始动力源于由大量相互作用的技术组成的技术簇群的涌现和扩散过程,即工业革命。近年来以数字制造、人工智能、添加制造和可再生能源为主要内容的第三次工业革命进入深化期,对产业运行方式及其组织形态产生了深远影响:大规模生产转向大规模定制和个性化制造,企业规模呈现两极化,产业竞争范式发生新变化,产业组织趋于结构扁平化、网络化。顺应新工业革命发展及其带来的产业组织变革趋势,采取切实措施提升我国产业竞争优势,对我国由制造业大国向制造业强国的迈进具有重大意义。
The initial power of industrial organization transformation stems from the emergence and diffusion process of technological clusters composed of a large number of interacting technologies, namely the industrial revolution. In recent years, the third industrial revolution, with digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, and renewable energy as its main content, has entered a deepening period and has had a profound effect on the mode of operation of the industry and its organizational form: large-scale production has shifted to mass customization and individuality;the scale of the company is polarized;new changes have taken place in the industry competition paradigm;industrial organizations tend to be flat and networked. To comply with the development of the new industrial revolution and the corresponding trend of industrial organization reform, it is of great significance to take practical measures to enhance China’s industrial competitive advantage and transfer China from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.
