摘要
目的观察冠心病心力衰竭患者应用通心络联合美托洛尔治疗对血液流变学及心功能的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年2月本院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者76例,采用随机数表法分为2组,每组38例。对照组单用美托洛尔,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合通心络。比较两组血液流变学、心功能[心排血量(CO)、左心射血分数(LVEF)]指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后血浆黏度为(1.20±0.09)mPa·s、红细胞压积为(40.09±6.38)%,均低于对照组的(1.25±0.11)mPa·s、(46.28±5.89)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CO值为(5.21±0.49)L/min、LVEF值为(48.12±5.79)%,均高于对照组的(4.92±0.33)L/min、(44.31±4.97)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病心力衰竭患者,应用通心络联合美托洛尔治疗可改善血液流变学,增强心功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo combined with metoprolol on hemorheology and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods Seventy-six patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol alone, and the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo on the basis of the control group. Blood rheology, cardiac function indicators [cardiac output (CO), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The plasma viscosity of the observation group after the treatment was (1.20±0.09) mPa·s and the hematocrit was (40.09±6.38)%, which were lower than those of the control group [(1.25±0.11) mPa·s,(46.28±5.89)%], with statistically significant significances (P<0.05). The CO value of the observation group after the treatment was (5.21±0.49) L/min and the LVEF value was (48.12±5.79)%, which were higher than those of the control group [(4.92±0.33) L/min,(44.31±4.97)%], with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, the combination of Tongxinluo and metoprolol can improve blood rheology and enhance cardiac function.
