体位性低血压节律评估用于老年高血压患者护理中的作用分析

目的探析老年高血压患者的护理过程中应用体位性低血压节律评估的效果。方法选取本院于2016年10月至2018年5月收治的90例老年高血压患者,予以卧位与坐位的3min血压监测。通过测量结果,将患者分为高血压合并体位性低血压组(OH组)39例,单纯性高血压组(非OH组)51例。对两组患者实施24h动态血压监测,并对比昼夜的血压变化情况。结果两组患者在白天收缩压与舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);夜间OH组平均舒张压与收缩压显著高于非OH组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夜间高血压与卧位高血压为老年高血压合并体位性低血压患者的主要特点,可结合这一特点,为患者实施个性化的护理措施,有效降低患者在夜间即可直立所产生的不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of postural hypotension rhythm evaluation in the nursing for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected, and underwent 3 min blood pressure monitoring in lying position and sitting position. The patients were divided into hypertension complicating by postural hypotension (OH) group (39 cases) and simple hypertension group (non-OH group)(51 cases). 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed in the two groups, and the changes of blood pressure during the day and night were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure during the day between the two groups (P>0.05);the mean diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure during the night in OH group were significantly higher than those in non-OH group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nocturnal hypertension and supine hypertension are the main characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension complicating by postural hypotension, individualized nursing measures for the patients combined with this characteristic can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by standing upright at night.
