摘要
目的探讨超声引导下微波消融对复发性肝癌患者T细胞亚群的影响。方法比较40例复发性肝癌患者超声引导下微波消融治疗前后的肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)]、T细胞亚群的水平。结果 40例患者治疗后完全消融率为80. 40%,6例出现不良反应。与治疗前相比,治疗1周及治疗1个月后患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均显著上升,CD8+水平显著下降(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。治疗1周、治疗1个月后患者CEA、AFP水平均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论超声引导下微波消融治疗复发性肝癌患者安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation on T cell subsets for recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The levels of tumor markers [carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA), alpha fetal protein(AFP)] and T cell subsets in 40 patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma were monitored before and after ultrasound-guided microwave ablation. Results The complete ablation rate of 40 patients was 80.4% after treatment, and 6 cases had adverse reactions. Compared with treatment before, levels of CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 + increased significantly, and CD8 + level decreased significantly ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), and CEA, AFP levels were lower after 1 week and 1 month after treatment( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided microwave ablation is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma.
