目标管理在交叉韧带重建术后功能锻炼管理中的应用效果

Effect of target management in functional exercise management after cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的评估目标管理锻炼模式在交叉韧带重建术后韧带功能重建中的效果。方法选取50例行前/后交叉韧带重建术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组24例与试验组26例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合应用目标管理,比较2组患者术后2周、6周、9周、3个月、6个月时的膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分(HSS评分),并比较2组患者出院时与术后6周、3个月的依从性以及出院时满意度。结果在术后6周、9周、3个月、6个月时,试验组的膝关节活动度、HSS评分均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组患者术后3个月时的依从性显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组患者出院满意度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将目标管理与康复训练结合应用于交叉韧带重建术患者,能有效促进患者韧带功能恢复,提升患者主观能动性,缩短住院时间,提升满意度,并提高护理效率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of target management model in functional exercise management after cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods Fifty patients who underwent anterior/posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group (24 cases) and experimental group (26 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was additionally given target management on the basis of the control group. The knee joint activity and Hospital for Special Surgery score (HSS) were compared between the two groups at 2, 6, 9 weeks, 3 and 6 months after operation;the compliance of patients at discharge, 6 weeks and 3 months, and the satisfaction at discharge were compared. Results Knee joint mobility and HSS score at 6, 9 weeks, 3 and 6 months after operation in the experimental group were better than that in the control group( P <0.05), patients′compliance at 3 months after operation in the experimental group was higher ( P <0.05), and nursing satisfaction at discharge was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of target management and rehabilitation training can effectively promote the functional recovery of ligament, enhance the subjective initiative for patients undergoing cruciate ligament reconstruction, shorten hospital stay, and enhance satisfaction and nursing efficiency.
