平肝化浊浴足方对高血压病患者血压和颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度的影响

Effect of Pinggan Huazhuo Yuzu Recipe on blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hypertension

目的探讨平肝化浊浴足方对1～2级高血压病患者血压和颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)的影响。方法选取中医内科门诊收治的高血压(肝阳上亢夹痰湿型)患者60例将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组口服左旋氨氯地平片和辛伐他汀片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用平肝化浊浴足方浴足,每晚1次,共治疗6个月,比较2组患者治疗前后IMT指标,并比较2组患者治疗前及治疗1、2、3、4、5、6个月后的血压。结果与对照组相比,治疗组治疗2、3、4、5、6个月后的收缩压显著更低,治疗3、4、5、6个月后的舒张压显著更低(P <0. 01),且治疗组治疗6个月后的IMT显著更低(P <0. 01)。结论将平肝化浊浴足方应用于1～2级高血压病患者中,可在一定程度上改善患者血压和颈动脉硬化情况。

Objective To observe effect of Pinggan Huazhuo Yuzu Recipe on blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) in patients with hypertension in 1~2 stages. Methods A total of 60 patients differentiated as liver-yang hyperactivity and phlegm-dampness in department of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with the levamlodipine besylate and simvastatin tablets, and the treatment group was additionally given Pinggan Huazhuo Yuzu Recipe based on the control group. The treatment was given once per day and lasted for 6 months. IMT indicators of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Blood pressures were observed before treatment and at 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th and 6 th months after treament. Results Compared with the control group, systolic pressures in the treatment group were significantly lower at 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th and 6 th months, and diastolic blood pressures at 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th and 6 th months were much lower ( P <0.01). IMT at 6 months after treatment in the treatment group was much lower ( P <0.01). Conclusion Pinggan Huazhuo Yuzu Recipe can improve blood pressure and atherosclerosis of carotid artery in patients with hypertension in stages of 1~2.
