临床实习护生护患沟通能力现状的调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的调查分析实习护生护患沟通能力的现状,为选择有效的培训模式提升实习护生的护患沟通能力提供依据。方法 2018年7月采用《护士临床沟通能力量表》对广州市某三甲医院185名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生的护患沟通能力得分为(3. 68±0. 78)分。6个维度中,实习护生的情感支持能力得分(3. 47±0. 93)最低;不同教育背景、在院接受护患沟通相关培训次数和已有沟通知识是否满足临床实践需求的实习护生,其护患沟通能力差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05))。结论实习护生的护患沟通能力仍有待提高,尤其是情感支持能力。管理者应有针对性地选择有效的培训模式、培训内容、适当增加培训频次,尤其是对学历较低、沟通知识较为缺乏的实习护生,以提高实习护生的护患沟通能力。 Objective To investigate the nurse-patient communication competence of student nurses,so as to put forward a effective training model to improve nursing students'nurse-patient communication competence.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 185 student nurses in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou in July 2018,using the Nurse'Clinical Communication competence Scale.Results The nurse-patient communication competence score of the student nurses was(3.68±0.78).Among the 6 dimensions,the score of emotional support competence(3.47±0.93)was lowest.There was significant difference on nurse-patient communication competence between student nurses'with different education background,the training times related to nurse-patient communication competence and the communication knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-patient communication competence of student nurses'still needs to be improved,especially their emotional support competence.Nursing managers should use effective training model and content and appropriately increase the training frequency on nurse-patient communication for nursing students,especially for those that with low education levels and lack of communication knowledge,so as to improve their communication competence.
