无托槽隐形矫治研究现状——生物力学与微种植支抗

Biomechanics and application of miniscrews in clear aligner treatment

随着社会经济水平的发展,人们对美观的要求不断提高。越来越多的人尤其是成年患者,在确定正畸治疗方式时会选择无托槽隐形矫治。近些年来,由于材料科学的发展,矫治设计的不断优化以及微种植支抗的应用,无托槽隐形矫治的适应证范围得到了逐步扩展,矫治效果也更加确切。本文从无托槽隐形矫治的发展历史,隐形矫治中的牙齿移动和生物力学以及微种植支抗在隐形矫治中的相关应用等方面作一个简要综述。

With the development of social economy, the demand for esthetics has increased. More and more people, especially adults, receive their orthodontic treatment by means of clear aligners. Since the evolution of aligner materials, adjuncts for treatment, and the application of miniscrews recent years, clear aligners possess a wider indication and a more predictable outcome. In this review, we give a brief introduction to the history of clear aligners. Moreover, we talk about the issues of tooth movements, biomechanics, and the application of miniscrews in aligner treatment.
