八段锦联合降糖药物治疗老年阴虚体质糖尿病对心率变异性的影响

Effect of eight-section brocade combined with hypoglycemic drugs on heart rate variability of senile diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency constitution

目的探讨八段锦加上降糖药物对老年阴虚体质糖尿病对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法选择60例规律服药的老年阴虚体质二型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组维持原有糖尿病治疗方案,而试验组在对照组的基础上每日进行规律的八段锦锻炼。两组疗程均为6个月。疗程结束后,比较两组治疗后心率变异性的变化。结果入组时,两组时域指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD)和频域指标(LF、HF、LF/HF)差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。而经6个月疗程后,两组时域指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD)和频域指标(LF、HF、LF/HF)均有较显著变化,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论八段锦联合降糖药物对老年阴虚体质糖尿病心率变异性有明显改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of eight-section brocade combined with hypoglycemic drugs on heart rate variability of senile diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency constitution. Methods 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and Yin deficiency constitution who regularly took medicine were selected, and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table, 30 cases for each group. The control group maintained the original diabetes treatment plan;in addition, the observation group did exercise of eight-section brocade regularly every day. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The changes of heart rate variability after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results There were no statistical differences in the time domain indexes (SDNN, SDANN, and RMSSD) and frequency domain indexes (LF, HF, and LF/ HF) between the two groups at admission (all P > 0.05), but were after 6 months’ treatment (all P < 0.05). Conclusions Eight-section brocade combined with hypoglycemic drugs can significantly improve the heart rate variability of patients with senile diabetes mellitus and Yin deficiency constitution.
