11例城市社区医院安宁疗护患者的实践体会

Experience of hospice care for 11 patients at urban community hospital

目的探索乌鲁木齐米东区十三户社区的安宁疗护实践模式。方法选取2017年12月至2018年6月期间农六师十三户社区所辖及附近居住相关团场的居民,对符合条件的11例入院患者实施安宁疗护,按相关标准治疗及护理。结果11例患者住院时间为(9.11±6.96)d,住院费用(2308.04±2014.7)元,患者疼痛评分及家属满意度在实施住院-家庭安宁疗护模式后与入院时比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论城市社区医院安宁疗护实施采取住院-家庭安宁疗护相结合模式,患者及家属满意度高,费用低,住院时间短,符合本社区居民实际需求情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the practice mode of hospice care at Thirteen Community at the eastern district of Urumqi. Methods A total of 11 patients who were admitted to the hospital were treated with hospice care according to relevant standards. Results The 11 patients’ average hospitalization time was (9.11±6.96) days;The average hospitalization cost was (2 308.04±2 014.7) yuan;and the patients' pain score and family satisfaction after inpatient-home hospice care were significantly different from those at admission (P < 0.05). Conclusions Inpatient-home hospice care for patients at urban community hospital can increase their and the family members’ satisfaction and decrease the cost and hospital stay, and is in line with the actual needs of the residents at the community, so it is worth for promotion and implementation.
