烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者应用综合护理干预的临床效果分析

目的研究对烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者进行综合护理干预方案的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2017年3月至2018年3月本院收治的烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者66例作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组采取综合护理干预方案。经干预3个月后,观察对比两组治疗前后瘢痕瘙痒程度和患者护理满意度。结果护理1个月后,两组瘢痕瘙痒程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理2、3个月后,观察组瘢痕瘙痒程度明显比对照组更低,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(93.94%比72.73%)。结论对烧伤后瘢痕瘙痒患者实施综合护理干预,可明显改善瘢痕瘙痒症状,护理满意度也更高,可大力推广运用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with post-burn scar pruritus. Methods 66 patients with post-burn scar itch admitted into our hospital from March, 2017 to March, 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the digital grouping method, 33 cases for each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention plan. After 3 months’ intervention, the degree of scar pruritus and the patients' satisfaction to nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results After one month’s nursing care, there was no statistical difference in the degree of scar pruritus between the two groups (P > 0.05). After two and three months’ nursing care, the degrees of scar pruritus in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (both P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.94% vs. 72.73%). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with burn scar pruritus can significantly improve the symptoms of scar pruritus and the satisfaction to nursing care, so it can be widely used.
