小儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的护理干预 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析小儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的护理干预。方法随机选取2016年10月至2018年10月在本院进行治疗的葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿28例。在住院期间,对所有患儿进行全面的护理干预,观察所有患者的治疗情况以及改善情况,治疗结束后分析患儿治疗效果。结果进行护理干预后,患儿相关指标理想,满意度和依从性较高,所有患儿均痊愈出院,痊愈率为100%。结论对葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿进行科学及时的护理干预可以使患者尽快恢复,降低并发症发生率,护理效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To analyze the nursing intervention of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome in children. Methods A total of 28 patients with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome who were treated at our hospital from October, 2016 to October, 2018 were enrolled. During the hospitalization period, all the patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The treatment situation and improvement were observed. After the treatment, the treatment effect was analyzed. Results After the nursing intervention, the patientrelated indicators were ideal;the patient satisfaction and compliance were high. All the children were cured and discharged (100%). Conclusions Scientific and timely nursing intervention for children with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome can achieve rapid recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and have significant nursing effect, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
