二期法行耳廓再造术的手术护理

Operative nursing care of auricular reconstruction in two stages

目的探讨和总结二期法行耳廓再造术每期手术的手术护理。方法2011年10月至2017年6月,共223例患者接受二期法行耳廓再造手术,于手术前后采取程序化及个性化护理,并观察患者恢复情况及术后效果。结果本组223例患者再造耳结构清晰,外形逼真,无感染、支架外露及伤口不愈合等并发症发生。但有1例Ⅰ期术后胸部术区出现血肿,5例患者二期术后出现耳颅角回缩,共218例患者及家属对治疗效果满意。结论耳廓再造术是整形外科手术中最为复杂、精细的手术之一,其不仅需要医生高超的技术,术前和术后细致、专业的护理也是手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore and summarize the operative nursing care of auricular reconstruction in two stages. Methods From October, 2011 to June, 2017, 223 patients underwent auricle reconstruction by two-stage method. Procedural and individualized nursing care was adopted before and after the operation. The recovery and postoperative effect were observed. Results The reconstructed ears of all the 223 cases were clear in structure and lifelike in appearance, and no complications, such as infection, stent exposure, and wound nonunion, occurred. However, one patient had hematoma in the thoracic operation area after the first stage operation, and five patients had auricular-cranial angle retraction after the second stage operation. A total of 218 patients and their family members were satisfied with the treatment results. Conclusion Auricular reconstruction is one of the most complicated and delicate operations in plastic surgery. It requires not only superb skills of doctors, but also careful and professional nursing care before and after operation.
