无痛胃肠镜诊疗术治疗的麻醉护理总结

Anesthesia nursing care of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

目的探讨无痛胃肠镜诊疗术治疗的麻醉护理方案。方法将2018年3月至8月在本院行无痛胃肠镜诊疗术治疗的124例患者随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组常规护理,实验组术前、术中及术后给予优质护理,观察比较两组心理状态、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果实验组SAS评分(44.01±3.25)分、SDS(42.19±2.73)分,均较明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);实验组满意度93.55%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率3.22%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对无痛胃肠镜诊疗术患者应用优质护理可改善不良情绪,提高满意度,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the anesthesia nursing plan of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods 124 patients taking painless gastrointestinal endoscopy at our hospital from March to September, 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group were routinely cared, while the experimental group were given high-quality nursing care. The psychological status, satisfaction, and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were (44.01±3.25) and (42.19±2.73) in the experimental group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P < 0.05). The satisfaction was 93.55% in the experimental group, which was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.22% in the experimental group, which was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing care for patients taking painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can improve their bad mood, satisfaction, and safety, so it is worth for popularization and application.
