摘要
摸清贵州马铃薯晚疫病菌群体遗传多样性水平情况,为贵州马铃薯晚疫病防控提供科学依据,利用鉴别寄主法和PCR-RFLP法分别对2008年、2017—2018年从贵州32个县分离的128株马铃薯晚疫病菌株进行生理小种测定和线粒体DNA单倍型分析。结果表明:在128个菌株中共发现19种生理小种类型,以2.4.6.8.9为优势种;线粒体DNA单倍型共检测出2种类型,分别为Ⅰa型和Ⅱb型,其中Ⅰa占78.91%,Ⅱb占21.09%。贵州马铃薯晚疫病菌群体存在多样性。
To find out the genetic diversity level of Phytophthora infestans population in Guizhou and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of P. infestans ,host identification and PCR-RFLP method were respectively used to identify the physiological race and mitochondrial DNA haplotypes of 128 P. infestans strains that isolated from 32 counties of Guizhou in 2017-2018. The results showed that 19 physiological race were found in 128 strains, and 2.4.6.8.9 strains were the dominant species. Two types of mitochondrial DNA haplotypes were detected,Ⅰa type andⅡb type. Moreover,Ⅰa type accounted for 78.91% and Ⅱb type accounted for 21.09%.The results indicated that there was diversity of the P. infestans in Guizhou.
