Wang Renzhi's Experience on Treating Acute Myelitis Based on Theory of Soul Gate and Five Zang Organs

王任之出身于医学世家,为新安王氏医学第五代传人,毕生行医五十余载,学识广博、经验丰富,临床治疗各科疑难杂症,疗效确切。《王任之医案》由后世整理而成,体现了王任之丰富的学术思想和临床经验。本文归纳和分析《王任之医案》中所载急性脊髓炎医案,阐述其辨治特色,从病因病机、治疗大法、遣方用药三个角度论述其辨治思想,并佐案例验证,对现代临床治疗急性脊髓炎有借鉴和启发作用。

Wang Renzhi was born in a medical family and was the fifth generation successor of Wang’s medicine in Xin’an. He participated in medical activities for more than 50 years. He had extensive knowledge and rich experience, and had a definite curative effects in treating various difficult and complicated diseases. Wang Renzhi’s medical records were made up by later generations, reflecting its rich academic thoughts and clinical experiences. This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience of Wang Renzhi in treating acute myelitis, expounds its characteristics of differentiation and treatment, and expounds its thought of differentiation and treatment from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, therapeutic methods and prescriptions, and verifies the cases, which is of great reference and Enlightenment to modern clinical treatment of acute myelitis.
