针灸治疗泌尿系结石的系统评价和Meta分析

A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Acupuncture for Urolithiasis

目的:评价针灸治疗泌尿系结石的有效性和安全性。方法:检索国内外数据库,收集关于针灸治疗泌尿系结石的RCT文献,并进行筛选及数据提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入16篇文献2 324例患者,Meta分析结果显示针灸治疗组与对照组相比在总有效率、治愈率、镇痛起效时间、结石排出时间等方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗泌尿系结石疗效较好,但现有研究文献质量较低,有待开展高质量临床研究。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in urinary calculi. Methods: RCT literatures about acupuncture for urinary calculi have been searched in domestic and foreign databases. The data has been selected and extracted, and the RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results: 16 RCTs with 2 324 patients were included, and the meta - analysis results showed total effective rate, cure rate, analgesia time and lithecbole time in acupuncture group were statistically superior to control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of urinary calculi, but the quality of literatures is low and more high quality RCT need to perform in the future.
