:Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of CPC, has made a quick response to the concerns of the people, and with a unique perspective and responsibility,has formed a new idea of the people's eco-livelihood by putting the improvement of the eco-environment at a top priority. This new thought has a systematic and clear generative logic. It is the inheritance,enrichment and development of the Marxist eco-livelihood thought, the traditional Chinese eco-livelihood thought,and the eco-livelihood thought of the new collective leadership of China. It is a rational reflection on the domestic and international situations and the ecological problems concerning the people’s livelihood. It is of great significance for us to better understand and grasp Xi Jinping's eco-livelihood thought and its generative logic in our grasp of its essence.
