毛泽东思想政治教育方法及其当代价值探析

Mao Zedong's methods of ideological and political education and their contemporary value

思想政治教育,历来是中国共产党的一大优良传统和政治优势。在中国革命和建设的过程中,以毛泽东为主要代表的中国共产党人就十分重视这项政治优势的发挥。毛泽东在长期开展思想政治教育工作的实践中探索出了一系列思想政治教育的方法,如调查研究法、矛盾分析法、批评与自我批评法、树立典范法、说服教育法等。这些方法不仅为中国共产党思想政治教育理论的成熟奠定了基础,而且对于新形势下增强我国思想政治教育的实效性具有重要的现实意义。

Ideological and political education has always been a fine tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party of China. In the process of Chinese revolution and construction,the Chinese Communists with Mao Zedong as the main representative have attached great importance to the exertion of this political advantage. Mao Zedong explored a series of methods of the long-term ideological and political education,such as investigation and research,conflict analysis,criticism and self-criticism,model-leading approach,persuasion education and so on. These methods have not only laid the theoretical foundation for the ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China, but also had important practical significance to enhance the effectiveness of our ideological and political education under the new situation.
