穿层巷道掘进施工工艺研究

为了保证掘进巷道穿层期间施工安全,避免顶板垮落,在三盘区西翼皮带巷贯穿层山4#煤层期间采用台阶法掘进施工工艺,通过优化原支护设计以及采用"超前锚杆支护+注浆+迈步式T型支护"等联合方法进行顶板维护。实际应用效果表明,取得了显著成效。

In order to ensure construction safety of the roadway drivage during wear layer, avoid the roof collapse, the construction technology of step method was adopted during the period of the west wing belt roadway crossing the seam No. 4 in the third panel area. The roof maintenance was carried out by optimizing the original support design and adopting the combined method of "advance bolt support + grouting + step T-type support". The practical application results show that remarkable results have been achieved.
