新型复合耐磨材料在刮板输送机中部槽上的实践 被引量:3

摘要 庞庞塔煤矿SGZ-1000/1050型刮板输送机中部槽磨损严重,本文针对该刮板输送机中部槽磨损失效问题进行了分析研究,决定选用新型复合耐磨材料对中部槽进行维修。通过数据检测,结果表明该材料的强度、硬度和耐磨性都有了很大的提高,使用该材料能提高中部槽的使用寿命,并有较好的经济效益和社会效益。 The central trough of sgz-1000/1050 type scraper conveyor in Pangpangta Coal Mine is badly worn. In this paper, the wear failure of the central trough of the scraper conveyor was analyzed and studied, and a new type of composite wear-resistant material was selected to repair the central trough. Through data testing, the results show that the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the material have been greatly improved, the use of the material can improve the service life of the middle trough, and has good economic and social benefits.
