摘要 本文以重组后的西山生辉煤业井田为对象,对矿井的运输方式和设备选型进行了设计研究,通过计算确定了井下大巷主运输采用带宽B=1200mm的带式输送机,选择了输送机的起动、制动和张紧方式,明确无极绳连续牵引车运输为辅助运输方式,选择了相应的配套设备和类型。实践效果表明,该运输方式及设备选型方案能满足该矿生产需求。 Taking the reconstructed Xishan Shenghui Coal Mine as an object, this paper designs and studies the transportation mode and equipment selection of the mine. Through calculation, the belt conveyor with bandwidth B=1200mm is adopted in the main transportation of the underground roadway. The starting, braking and tensioning modes of the conveyor are selected, and the endless rope continuous tractor transportation is defined as the auxiliary transportation mode, and the corresponding equipments and types are selected. Practical results show that the transportation mode and equipment selection scheme can meet the production demand of the mine.
